Improved customer communication and targeted advertising with innovative multimedia technology
The ADAC service center at Sendlinger-Tor-Platz in Munich offers its customers one of the most advanced information systems facilities of its kind in Germany. Screen-driven customer communication based on intelligent networked media technology reduces waiting times and bridges this with targeted information and advertising at the same time.
The Munich office is the first German ADAC service center, which is equipped with such an integrated information system. The main focus is the addressing of the young audience about the formulation of relevant targeted offer packages with the sub-brand “Young Generation”. ADAC will also improve the customer satisfaction with this enhanced information service.
Two large screens from NEC, show the targeted promotional videos and trailers with top current ADAC offers. This ensures the range of member services a digital, visual information and call system, guides the visitors purposive, in accordance with their interests and concerns, to one of the seven advisers places. The content for the information, guidance and advertising system is provided on each display by 18 networked BrightSign media players. In this media center the thematic contents are saved as media files into playlists. With a central PC they can be accessed or altered at any time.
Meanwhile, the digital advertising and information system by ADAC has been expanded to other locations in southern Bavaria.
